Xero Journal Management Dialog (Prior to v6.29 Platform)

This dialog displays a list of manual journals in Xero or Digita Accounts Production Advanced and enables you to choose which journals you wish to include in the synchronisation process with Xero. It is accessed by clicking Manage on the Synchronise with Xero dialog.

Make your selection of journals to include and click OK to return to the Synchronise with Xero dialog.

Statuses

Linked: Select to synchronise the journals bi-directionally, with the exception of Opening Balances which is one way from Xero to Digita Accounts Production Advanced.

Unlinked: Select if you do not want the journals to by synchronised any more.

This will normally mean that a new Digita Accounts Production Advanced entry will be created from Xero and a new link formed with it when the synchronisation process happens next.

Unlinked is not allowed for Opening Balances.

Disabled: Select if you do not want the journal to be updated on either side if it changes when sychronised. Unlinked journals cannot be marked as Disabled.

If the manual journal fails to synchronise for any reason (for example, posting to an invalid code) the message received can be found in the Last Sync Message column.
